The role

We are looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to join our Portfolio and Asset Management team and provide professional, high quality, high volume, non-transactional planning, co-ordination and systems support to the team. You will work closely with the Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers throughout New Zealand on key regional asset management initiatives.

Prime responsibilities will include:

  • supporting the Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers for all regions across New Zealand
  • coordinating, monitoring and measuring risks and issues within the team
  • providing regular operational reporting requirements for the Asset Management team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • knowledge of the management of residential property assets, real estate, construction and property investment
  • knowledge of property legislation including the Resource Management Act, Residential Tenancies Act and Unit Titles Act; Fencing Act
  • experience supporting and formatting documentation including business cases and co-ordinating regular reporting
  • excellent written and oral communications skills
  • computer literacy in all Microsoft products with above average competency in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook; a solid understanding of filing systems
  • outstanding team and collaboration skills and be able to demonstrate relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
