About the role 

Are you looking for a new challenge in IT Service Support? Do you enjoy working with people and have excellent written and verbal communication skills?  Are you comfortable working in a challenging and fast paced environment? If so, please read on.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team of customer service IT professionals in our Auckland region. 

Joining our existing team, you'll help us expand our reach to provide continuous support capability from our location in Botany / Mt Eden.

You'll gain experience providing service desk support across a broad variety of business technologies including; bespoke application support, user provisioning, user access, data collection and data integrity support.

About you

You will need to have:

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a Contact Centre / Service Desk environment.
  • Experience with using a call tracking system, preferably KnowledgeBase or vFire
  • Experience in troubleshooting bespoke application support
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Skype

You will also offer:
