There are many of us - involved in postal, banking, communication, data management, logistics and distribution services - helping New Zealand run.  Each year we invest in key business change initiatives which are crucial in supporting the realisation of our Strategy and Operating Plan and we currently have an opportunity available for a Senior Change Manager to join our newly established Change Management Team.

As a Senior Change Manager, you'll provide change management leadership, management and direction to ensure the successful delivery of change across key NZ Post's key strategic initiatives.  You'll ensure success in the design and implementation of appropriate change strategies and ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The role will work across the business and focus on the end to end impact of the changes, specifically the impact this has on our people including, changes to business processes, systems and technology. This role will also contribute and drive many activities to lift maturity of change management in NZ Post and will also be a key role to develop and mentor other change management team members.

Key to your success in this role is your solid and demonstrable experience managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring change across large scale transformational change programmes.  Tertiary qualified, you'll hold Relevant Change Management (such as PROSCI), and ideally experienced working in an Agile environment.  You'll also bring excellent interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills and a proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts, including Leading and managing people and teams and building key relationships with Senior leaders on complex/sensitive programmes.
