Principal Advisor, Courts and Tribunals – Regional Service Delivery

We are looking for a multi-skilled Principal Advisor to provide critical support and advice to the Courts and Tribunals Leadership team.  Your role will be to support the Group Manager and Operations Support Manager with high quality advice, to drive and monitor the group's work programme as well as support delivery of minister priorities, the flow of information and reporting into and out of the Courts and Tribunals group.   A critical function of the position is to support the Group Manager and Operations Support Manager to lead the group and fulfil their duties as senior managers in a large government organisation.

To be successful in the role you will be smart, flexible, resourceful and resilient.  You will have a good understanding of Government reporting processes and requirements, strong strategic and analytical experience, a history of planning, monitoring and supporting the delivery of projects and the ability to think operationally and strategically.   You will be a strong communicator, with excellent written skills.  The ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and effective networks across and within organisations is essential. 

A knowledge and understanding of operational service delivery and the importance of building a high-performance culture where national consistency is valued and maintained is necessary.
