Survey Interviewer – West Auckland Albert. Eden and Roskill)

Number of positions –1 Permanent Positions

The purpose of the role

Do you enjoy talking and interacting with people from all "walks of life"?  Are you flexible, resilient and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done?

As a Survey Interviewer you will be visiting selected households to conduct face-to-face interviews. You'll be given all the tools you need to succeed, great training and on-going support.

We guarantee minimum of 35 hours work per fortnight but from time to time there is more work available if you agree to it. This is a role in which hours will vary, including both evening and weekend work.

 Person specifications

Our work and environment is based around excellent customer service. This means that you need to be:

  • a good communicator
  • able to interact with a diverse range of people
  • able to manage your time well
  • an excellent listener
  • flexible with working hours
  • well organised and approachable
  • calm under pressure.
  • confident with a computer
  • have a current clean New Zealand driver's license
  • own a reliable vehicle
  • have access to a broadband internet connection at home
  • market research or door sales experience will be of advantage.
