Our Property Rights Analysts are responsible for the validation and registration of Property Transactions for all of New Zealand.  Our Wellington Office is seeking people, who enjoy working in a process based analytical environment to add to the dynamic of the team. 

As a Property Rights Analyst, the core part of your day would be validating and processing transactions submitted by our Customers and interacting with those Customers to provide great customer service.  We are a continuous improvement focussed organisation and our customers are central to everything we do so if you are a positive and proactive individual you will thrive within our culture. 

The Property Rights Analyst position could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has past experience working within a validating/processing environment which had an element of customer interaction, or it could be equally suited to a smart and capable individual who has the capability to step up and learn new skills. We understand that our Property Rights Analyst positions and the context of the work you will be doing within these roles is unique, so we have a well developed and thorough induction/ training programme to ensure you are supported from the day you join our team.

We have a number of positions available within the team, so we are ideally planning to have people commence in these roles in late November 2018, or late January 2019.  Therefore, we would like you to indicate your preference and availability to commence a new role within your cover letter.  Due to the late November start date we will be interviewing short listed candidates as soon as possible so we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted.
