The team

We play a critical role in the creation of vibrant, sustainable communities. We are managing, rebuilding, renewing and repairing properties at scale across New Zealand to meet challenges and current demand to provide for the social housing demographics of the future.

The Strategy team has been established to help turn HNZ into a strategy-led organisation by identifying trends and issues, developing evidence-based strategies and helping other business units to implement change.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Strategy group as a Senior Advisor, Customer Strategy.

Within this role you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the ongoing development of our Customer Strategy and overseeing associated projects
  • Provide strategic analysis and support to team across the organsisation
  • Collecting and analysing data
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and briefing senior staff and our Executive team

You will have excellent strategic analysis, communication, and project management skills.
