Job Description

We are responsible for paying around 90,000 teachers and support staff in around 2,500 schools every fortnight. We work with around 6,700 payroll administrators.  We pay around $4.6 billion per annum.

We are enhancing our service and technology to make payroll easier for schools and to improve results for schools' staff. We are working closely with schools and their representatives to develop new features of the payroll system. This will result in rolling out changes to all schools through planned stages and with plenty of support.

The Change and Implementation Adviser role will be responsible for supporting the development of change initiatives, working collaboratively with customers to understand their environment and impacts of change, and the building and delivery of end user capability.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:  

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the successful delivery of change to large and dispersed user groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well and collaborate with others, including customers
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively work as a member of that team to successfully achieve objectives and results
