Our Talent team and our HR Consultants / Talent Consultants are here to do the same for our amazing ACC whanau. We are looking for an experienced Generalist at the Consultant level to work across the business, partnering with Senior Leaders during organisational change, and lead some trail blazing talent initiatives.

As a member of our small and well regarded Business Partner team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • build strong relationships with Business Leaders while you support them to transform their business units and align to the 'Shaping our Future' strategy
  • co-design talent initiatives to drive organisation wide improvements
  • use insights to identify opportunities, priorities and potential risks
  • be the face of talent, supported by specialised knowledge from our communities of expertise
  • build leadership capability with the business and promote tools and techniques to support to delivery of business strategy and people initiatives.

We're looking for people with strong business acumen, continuous improvement mindset and relationship management skills, with a proven track record in delivering talent solutions in a large complex organisation.
