Customer Service Representatives

Permanent, Full Time (37.55 hours per week)


We are seeking motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

The start date for this role is Monday 18th February 2019.


About the role


Although you will be part of a team, you will work as an individual quickly building rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance. You will respond to client requests for information and support in line with legislation and policy.


You will work full time rostered shifts with varying times within the below days and timeframes:

 

  • Monday to Friday 6.55am to 10.00pm and
  • Saturday 7.55am to 6pm

 
About you


You enjoy providing great customer service and finding solutions for clients through different channels. Working in a fast paced environment you will talk on the phone, navigate through computer systems and type notes at the same time. You will have great listening skills, attention to detail and treat everyone with empathy and kindness.
