Busy and varied role as one of two Receptionists at the Wellington DIA National Office

The role is one of two Receptionists at our National Office in Wellington.  The role is busy and has a variety of functions including:

  • Meeting and greeting our customers and staff
  • Meeting room support
  • Working with contractors
  • Security cards
  • Taking calls
  • Systems work on our lockers and security software
  • Facilities support

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous Reception experience(ideal but not critical)
  • Organised and able to work in a busy environment
  • Ability to communicate well with people of all walks of life
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service with a smile!
  • Computer skills, including word and excel at a minimum
