We re looking for a Human Resources coordinator to help in this work by providing high-quality administration and support. We value your knowledge and experience We are looking for a highly-organised individual with strong attention to detail, who can hit the ground running. This role would suit a recent HR graduate, an experienced EA keen to move into HR, or perhaps someone who has had a break from work and is looking to return. The role includes administrative activities to support our outsourced payroll function, data entry, and processing of employment documentation. We are a technologically savvy team; 2018 saw us successfully complete a full implementation of SAP SuccessFactors which includes an end-to-end HR system. As the HR Coordinator you will be instrumental in embedding the system within HR, and will use it to administer our learning offerings, induction and off-boarding processes. As this role involves all facets of HR administration and coordination, you will need to have very strong attention to detail, be confident with systems and adaptable to change. You will be process-focused and always on the lookout for improvements in how we do things. What we re looking for The successful applicant will be focused on delivering exceptional internal customer service, coordination of payroll and organisation wide learning activities. We are looking for someone who has: A tertiary qualification in HR, Employment Law, IT or Finance; or equivalent experience Proficiency and/or high aptitude to work with HR Information Management Systems Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) A customer-centric focus A high level of confidentiality and integrity Accurate data entry skills with strong numerical ability Basic knowledge of current NZ employment legislation is desirable but not essential What we can offer you This is a permanent full-time position based in our central city offices on Lambton Quay.
