Are you a forward thinking strategic person with a passion and capability for creating and influencing organisational capability and culture? This role will be an integral part of developing our future and have the ability to work on a range of capability initiatives with a particular emphasis on leadership development. We're looking for a Senior Organisation Development Advisor to join our small dedicated team until the end of February 2020.

You will be a seasoned Organisation Development professional with proven experience and success in the design and delivery of a range of OD or capability initiatives such as leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

We're looking for a practitioner who has skills in the following areas:

  • Ability to facilitate leadership development programmes and workshops in an engaging and professional manner
  • Building trusted relationships with managers and colleagues
  • Successfully managing and delivering projects
  • Thinking strategically whilst delivering for today
  • Driving results whilst working on multiple programmes of work
  • Conceptualising and articulating ideas in writing and verbally, to deliver clear and concise messages.

Applicants must have New Zealand Citizenship or have NZ Permanent Residency and be able to obtain and maintain an organisational security clearance.
