The Senior Analyst Research and Performance role is essential for ensuring Customs delivers measurable results by analysing strategic and operational performance. As part of a small team, you will play a critical role in ensuring insights are generated from research to enable effective decision making. 

This role is ideal for an experienced research analyst who is looking to apply their skills to help lead an expansion in the range and quality of information and analysis available to underpin management decision-making.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in conducting research and measuring performance and have a proven track record, in leading or coordinating collaborative efforts to deliver results.
