Service Delivery Night Team, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, full-time and part-time

Our Service Delivery and Operations branch is the face of DIA. Whether we re helping to register births, deaths or marriages, or assisting with passport applications, community grants or civil union and name change registrations, we re dedicated to serving the needs of New Zealanders.

We are improving the ways we deliver our many services, and putting our customers at the centre of everything we do. We re also taking a fresh approach to finding talented people to join us on this journey!

We are seeking those who are confident when dealing with customers, and are motivated to join our vibrant Night Team working either:

1.45pm 10.15pm Monday to Friday

or

6pm 10.15pm Monday to Friday

There is increasing demand for, and provision of, online services. Our customers have varying degrees of comfort with online services so we need people who are adaptable to change, savvy with new technology, patient, and able to tailor their communications and approach to each customer and their individual situations.

We will teach you how to use our systems and tools. All you need is to bring your great attitude, a strong desire and ability to learn, and an integrity mindset.
