Work across two government agencies and drive through cutting edge project initiatives

The Treasury provides I&T services to itself and to DPMC. Our Programme Management Office ensures the delivery of real business benefits through facilitating ideas, concepts and the delivery of agreed programmes aligned to key business priorities and strategic goals. 

Our busy PMO has opportunities available for highly motivated and driven Project Managers to join our customer centric team.  This is an interesting and varied role where you will work across several key initiatives including, system upgrade projects, new software requests, minor business initiatives and system replacement projects. 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can deliver project management expertise across both Agencies and work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders on our I&T Programme of Work.  The key expectations of this role will be to develop projects plans, ensure projects remaining within agreed tolerances, manage risks/issues, project budgets, and provide effective leadership to project team members. 


About You:


  • A minimum of 5 years' experience of end to end project management delivery
  • PRINCE2 or Scrum certified and proficient in managing multiple projects consecutively
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and deliver
  • Highly developed communication skills with a great ability to understand and translate technical speak.
  • Customer focused, team player who has a natural ability to work collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered successfully
