Our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support implementation of ICT solutions.

The ICT team contributes towards our goal of becoming an intelligence-led, technology-enabled organisation

The core purpose of this position is to provide the business analysis required to help design and implement the new applications or changes to existing application systems.

Initially the focus of the role will be to provide the business analysis required, to support the ongoing implementation of a solution (utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM), to meet a number of business unit's case management type needs

Development of standard business analysis documentation, artefacts and quality assurance processes to ensure best practice analysis is employed, risks are managed, scope is maintained and assurance that all of the impacts of change are articulated.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience as a business analyst, or similar role, preferably with a background in planning and performance
  • Ability to develop requirement specifications, analyse and then prioritise those requirements
  • Ability to create visual data and process models and effectively use business analyst tools and methods (IIBA)
  • Ability to facilitate requirements elicitation sessions
  • Experience working collaboratively with others and using online collaboration tools
  • Proven ability to collect, reconcile, succinctly summarise, and present data from multiple sources, and to adapt materials for different audiences
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to solve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A sound level of business acumen as a great customer interface with some technical cross-over
  • Ability to instil confidence in others, capable of liaising with people at all levels across a range of the organisation and managing conflicting expectations

This is a fixed-term role for 10 months attracting a salary range between $98,303 and $109,226 gross per annum.
