The opportunity

We are growing our international and domestic parcels and logistics businesses by building partnerships and ensuring we're highly focused on what our customers want and need.

Right now, we are looking for two superstar Customer Integration Specialists to join our fast paced and rapidly expanding Customer Technology Services team!

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you'll be one of those people who has the ability build rapport with customers quickly and easily, making sure they understand and can use the digital tools that NZ Post provides and in particular, our Shipping APIs and our lodgement management tool. You'll have an inquisitive mind and the drive to understand their businesses, enabling us to provide the tools they need to be successful.

Ideally, you'll have some experience working with RESTful APIs, and/or C#, and have had exposure to the use of MuleSoft API technologies or the Salesforce platform.  With this technical understanding, you'll be able to answer customer's questions, advise them on their development to consume our APIs and be able to diagnose bugs.

You'll be a real problem solver, able to foresee issues, ask questions before they arise, and offer solutions.

We work in an Agile environment, so the ability to be flexibile, agile and handle pressure is a must.
