Are you looking for a busy and diverse role leading an administration team?

We are looking for someone with a passion for business improvement who enjoys a varied people leadership role.

You will work across the group in the areas of aid activity and business management, corporate services, financial management and reporting, and support services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the group and overseas Pacific posts

The team leader is responsible for the effective management of a team of nine administrators and the smooth running of systems and functions within the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong people management skills and be experienced at leading a team to provide excellent support,
  • A strong achievement/delivery focus,
  • Sound experience of financial and business management,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Confidence using a range of technologies to drive business improvement,
  • The drive to manage and deliver programs of work with an emphasis on a continued approach to business improvement.
  • Strong analytical and decision making ability.

Your ability plan, prioritise, anticipate issues and the needs of others, be flexible and develop a high performing team will be the keys to your success.

Please note you must be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate New Zealand Government security clearance.
