Fixed Term Contract to December 2020

About the role 

Working closely with M .bovis Logistics team this role is central to the delivery of effective facilities management and maintenance services for the National Control Centre (NCC) and Regional Coordination centers (RCCs). You will provide advice and support to management around Facilities maintenance and Asset management issues that could impact the programme and assist with sourcing and maintaining new and existing facilities.

As the Facilities and Assets coordinator multitasking will be second nature as you'll make sure our offices are compliant and effective business support is provided in each location. Together with contributing to the effective management and maintenance of assets held and the management of an external supplier base.

About You

You'll have a working knowledge of facilities and asset management and demonstrated experience in acting as first level support for building related issues. You'll know your way around an excel spreadsheet; being proficient in systems reporting and management. Key attributes will be your ability to think outside the square and develop efficient and effective business processes.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for this role is $50 to $55k depending on skills and experience.
