At the Wellington Short Term Claims Centre, Case Coordinators provide support to our clients who have suffered the type of injury that will slow them down a bit, but not for too long. Case Coordinators work ensuring people's needs are determined accurately and they receive support in a timely manner.

The role requires a genuine desire to provide the very best service and attitude towards our clients whilst demonstrating empathy, resilience and flexibility to minimise the impact of injury in the journey back to work and independence.

The base salary for this role is $57,082. The job is eight hours per day, Monday to Friday, worked between 8am and 6pm.

The Sensitive Claims Unit is a national unit that manages claims for mental and physical injury resulting from sexual violence or abuse.

As a Case Officer you will bring strong skills with managing information in a focused way to ensure an outcome for our clients. You will need to work in an agile way as our environment is fast paced and the information you will work with is sensitive so resilience is key. This is not your normal Administration role, you will need to bring maturity and focus to ensuring the information you handle is managed with care and accuracy. The indicative salary for this role is $47,150. The job is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, worked between 8am and 6pm.

We are looking for people who are highly customer focused. You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients. Your attention to detail and a methodical, efficient approach to work along with your strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities will be put to good use.

Excellent keyboard skills and computer literacy are a must, along with energy, enthusiasm, motivation and a great attitude towards our clients and colleagues alike.

These roles are office based and involves liaising with clients via telephone and email, therefore it's important that you're comfortable working in an office environment with a high level of administration and communication via telephone. You could be a person who has worked in fast paced customer service or administration roles and you're now ready for the next level.
