A unique permanent opportunity to join an energetic, high performing agile team who know how to balance the busyness of work while still having fun!

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of relevant practices and LMS functionality and potential - Totara would be preferred
  • Use your expert knowledge to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve LMS usability for learners and optimise effectiveness
  • Actively monitor and analyse LMS, seeking opportunities to engage with other LMS Administrators

The LMS Specialist is responsible for ensuring ACC's Learning Management System (LMS) is optimised so that learning is managed and delivered efficiently and effectively within ACC.

About you:

  • Effective performance in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in LMS design, development, delivery support and management, and reporting
  • Awareness of how a learning management system can contribute to an organisation achieving its outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage own time, prioritise activities, plan and deliver on projects or groups of activities, and to manage all aspects within specified budget and timeframes
  • Proven ability to create, configure and edit learning content in a learning management system
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence through continuous improvement and innovative approaches to challenges
  • Effective collaboration within an agile team environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
