Job Description

Recruitment Partner

6-month fixed term/secondment

About our Team:
Our team of dedicated Recruitment Partners are responsible for providing best practice recruitment advice and support to managers at all levels across MSD.  We are a great team who thrive under pressure and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and getting the job done!

About the Role:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand their often-unique recruitment needs, you will deliver high quality support.  You will establish yourself as a trusted and respected business partner and develop close relationships across our HR teams and the wider Ministry.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll utilise your strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and use your communication skills to keep all your stakeholders informed along the way.

You'll be able to leverage your knowledge and tap into a passive candidate market that showcases your recruitment and talent sourcing background – whether that stems from an agency environment or through in-house experience.

A typical day will consist of:

  • Working with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
  • The facilitation of recruitment and selection workshops.
  • Development of adverting campaigns and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Managing the end to end recruitment for your assigned portfolio.
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role a background in end-to-end recruitment is essential and you will offer proven experience recruiting a variety of roles including highly specialised and executive appointments across the private and/or public sectors.  A strong understanding of recruitment systems (ideally SAP Success Factors) would be beneficial.

Our environment is dynamic, occasionally challenging, frequently rewarding yet endlessly fun!  We offer you the opportunity to be part of it and make a visible and valued impact.
