What we&#8217;re looking for

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ecotoxicologist to join our Hazardous Substances Applications &amp; Reassessment team. The role involves evaluating applications for import and manufacture or reassessment of chemicals.

Knowledge and experience required
The successful candidate will:

  • have a proven track record of ecotoxicology (or efate) experience with a minimum of 2 years working in the field

  • enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team

  • have proven experience in or with a regulatory environment and/or industry experience

  • a knowledge of chemicals or agrochemical regulations

  • have a focus on time management, quality and an eye for detail

  • demonstrate skills and behaviours which support a positive, collaborative and professional team culture
