Regulatory Services works tirelessly to minimise harmful social, economic and criminal behaviours and ensure its regulatory systems contribute to a safe and prosperous nation. The Group is responsible for three key regulatory systems: Anti-money laundering; Gambling, and Digital Safety. In an increasingly dynamic digital environment the Regulatory Services Group has moved to adopt a broader systems approach in which it influences and leads these regulatory systems and works in partnership with other agencies and partners to deliver better outcomes and value for New Zealand.

The Gambling Group recently recruited a new Director who requires an efficient, adaptable and highly professional PA who will contribute to the smooth running of a busy and dynamic team.

Reporting to the Director Gambling Regulatory System, and supporting the Gambling Leadership Team, the PA will:

  • Provide personal and confidential administrative support to the Director
  • Provide MS suite (word, excel and powerpoint) document preparation to support Group work programme, document production and work flow requirements
  • Provide Secretariat support for leadership team meetings and advisory panels
  • Manage financial administration for the Director and travel arrangements for the Group
