Job Description

Are you a very organised and capable administrator who loves a challenge and enjoys a great team environment?


We are looking for someone who is available on a casual, as-needed basis to help cover staff absences within our Twizel based office.


Your administration skills will be second to none as you provide a range of administrative functions to make sure teams are well supported in carrying out conservation work on the ground. Your interpersonal and communication skills will come in handy when dealing with both internal and external clients.


The ideal applicant will be a reliable team player with:

  • knowledge and experience in office administration including basic accounting principles/skills
  • the ability to deal with confidential/sensitive material with discretion
  • knowledge and experience of the Microsoft suite of applications, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • able to organise work, meet timeframes, have attention to detail and accuracy.
  • a certificate in business/office administration or equivalent experience


Eligibility to work in New Zealand is mandatory, including a valid work visa covering the whole period of employment if applying internationally.
