Job Description

The Treasury's IT Customer Service team are responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of desktop, infrastructure and network capability across the Treasury and DPMC.  We have an opportunity for two talented and self-motivated Desktop Analysts to join our busy team.

In this role, no two days will be the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT enquires.  For this role, you will need a wide breath of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations.

About You

  • Excellent technical skills with 3 years (minimum) relevant industry experience
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of issues
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders
  • You're curious, love technology and enjoy learning
  • Self-managing, team player who goes about their work with passion


To be considered for this role, you will have skills in:

  • Windows 10, Office 2016, O365 (advanced)
  • Enterprise Mobility Support (Good, BES, iOS) (advanced)
  • General End user hardware support (Laptop, Tablet) (advanced)
  • MFD Support - (advanced)
  • Enterprise Video Conferencing (intermediate)
  • System Centre Suite (SCSM) (intermediate)
  • Active Directory User/Computer Administration (intermediate)
  • Microsoft Exchange User Management (intermediate)
  • Application Packaging

Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.
