Job Description

Technology Delivery Manager

This is a key position within one of the largest and most complex programmes seen in the Health sector. The programme will build one of New Zealand's most sophisticated Oracle infrastructure environments, complete and deploy Oracle's EBS system and migrate District Health Boards to this new system.


Once customers have been handed over to the Service team, as the Technical Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Provide Technical Direction (with things such as solution development, design, delivery and maintenance and enhancement of solution)
  • Lead operational services (such as enhancement delivery and integration engineering)
  • Engage, manage and lead a technology delivery team
  • Build constructive relationships across a range of stakeholders


To be successful in this role:

This role requires someone who has experience with:

  • Managing a large complex ERP design and enhancement operation
    • In depth knowledge of ERP solutions (ideally with Oracle)
    • Providing operational ICT delivery support
    • Leading teams, who are able to deliver business critical programmes
    • Project Management, service delivery, customer relationships and business management roles
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
