Salary: $87,699 - $118,652

The Roving Senior Private Secretary will work closely with the Ministerial Resourcing team as well as with the Ministerial Offices to ensure the office runs smoothly. Responsibilities will include managing the Minister's office staff, diary, travel, invitations and house representation. The coordination of these tasks is imperative to the efficient and effective use of the Minister's time.

This role has a significant amount of responsibility and thus management skills, integrity, judgement and leadership skills are essential. The Roving Senior Private Secretary regularly interacts with people and officials; therefore, the ability to communicate and build relationships is highly valued.
