About the role

As a Senior Human Resources Advisor within the Employment Relations, Policy & Remuneration Team you will take an organisation-wide approach to influence and implement ER strategy and policy. You'll draw on your strong ER background and interpersonal skills to advise your HR colleagues and senior leaders on the best way to achieve desired outcomes. You'll also build and maintain key relationships with our Unions where you will be regarded as a highly credible and collegial specialist.

What you'll need to bring to the role

- A clear ER specialisation which includes union engagement and bargaining

- Relationship management and influencing skills up to a senior level

- The ability to get things done using a well planned and executed project management approach
