Job Description

Newly created position within our Business Process team.

In this newly created position, you will join our collaborative, driven and highly engaged Business Process team. Our goal is to deliver excellent service to our customers by maintaining and continuously improving the documentation process. We love what we do and we are excited to be able to have a new team member join us in this key role.

Advocating for the customer, you will will work on a range of projects to develop and deliver customer focused initiatives. You will provide solutions and advice on service delivery issues through the production of mapping documentation to facilitate effective decision making.

In a nutshell, you will:

  • provide insight into customer needs and determine improvements to meet them
  • participate in projects and initiatives that will support and enhance customer service
  • support the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver standardised customer service training
  • support the wider process improvement work including improving and carrying out event-related processes, such as elections and reshuffles
  • develop and maintain relationships across the business to identify opportunities to improve processes and information flows.

This is a highly analytical role and will suit someone with experience in problem analysis and resolution skills. In addition you will have some experience in continuous improvement, customer experience design and customer experience mapping. Interpersonal skills are crucial in the success of this role as you will be working directly with our internal customers. A great attitude and a passion to deliver exceptional customer service goes without saying.
