We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the DHB Performance and Engagment, System Flow team in an Advisory capacity. Working with ministry colleagues, clinical networks and operational units within DHBs, you will support system performance, through contribution to advice, consultation activity, and report development.

The DHB Performance, Support and Infrastructure directorate ensure strong effective relationships and provide leadership and support to ensure DHBs deliver on and are accountable for their operational, capital and financial performance.  Delivering major health infrastructure projects for the Crown; process payments and administer contracts for health care services is also part of the remit.

The Advisor role in the System Flow team is responsible for providing support to the team to provide targeted coordinated and comprehensive support to assist DHB performance improvement.  Your ability to foster strong relationships with clinical networks and operational units within the DHBs will be cruical to your success in this role.

Ideally, we are looking for an individual with a tertiary qualification in a relevant field.  You will have agility and the ability to quickly establish priorities and meet deadlines, a proven ability to produce written material to a high standard  and strong inter-personal and relationship management skills. You will be customer focused and enjoy working as part of a highly engaged team.
