Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Trainer to join our Change Management team based in our central Wellington office for a period of up to 12 months. In this role you will work with the Change Management Specialists to ensure that our people who are impacted by change clearly understand why the change is necessary and have access to information, resources and learning to support their transition to the new or different way of working.

You will support the implementation of new service offerings from initiation through to release as well as deliver learning focussed on the increasing our peoples proficiency and effectiveness through change initiatives.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in developing, designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis
  • Expert presenter and facilitator of adult learning including discussion, focus groups workshops and courses
  • Previous experience training in health and disability, social services sector would be an advantage
  • Some change management and/or project experience would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and establish strong relationships at all levels
