Primarily based in Tauranga or Greerton Permanent, full time

In this important employment brokering role, every action you take shapes lives. 


As a Work Broker you'll engage with employers to provide a professional service to link Work and Income job seekers with suitable and sustainable job opportunities. You will use influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers across a range of industry sectors. 


You will sell job seekers skills to employers and build long term professional relationships that go from strength to strength. You'll work alongside Case Managers and other service centre colleagues to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are achieved.


You enjoy sales and tracking down vacancy opportunities. Results-driven, you readily build strong relationships and relate to people with diverse backgrounds, using active listening skills, empathy. A fast-paced, pressured environment is where you thrive, and you enjoy using your tenacity and initiative to find solutions and achieve goals. A full clean driver's licence and the ability to travel around the wider Bay of Plenty region as required are essential.

  • Remuneration for this role is from $47,622.00 to $65,480.00 (Range D).  Application along this salary scale is dependent on relevant work experience and evidenced skills.
