  • Annual salary of $56,375 plus five weeks' annual leave

Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

We currently have a vacancy in our Finance team for a Financial Processing Specialist, reporting to the Team Leader Accounts Payable. Within this role you will be dedicated to ensuring creditors are paid accurately and on time.

You will be looking after the daily invoices and capturing the Purchase Order numbers and processing pay runs in accordance with contractual terms of payment, including tax payments. Also you require to do all other accounts payable tasks on daily bases as well.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • A Diploma in Accounting or equivalent education or experience
  • Experience with computerised accounts payable and purchasing card systems in an ERP (Oracle or SAP) environment
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to spot trends and outliers
  • Very good interpersonal skills and excellent written skills
  • Ability to think logically with attention to detail
  • Medium to Advanced Excel skills
