  • Analysis, Requirements, Elicitation, Agile experience
  • ITIL, IT related principles of systems and architecture
  • 12 months fixed-term, Wellington based opportunity

This position contributes to the development of integrated solution options. The Business System Analysts will provide guidance and support to Business System Analysts.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work with our Continuous Delivery team who has experience with Salesforce configuration. You will be attending daily stand-ups, assessing options and implementing solutions. You will deliver transparent, integrated and fit-for-purpose change continuously across the organisation.

Key responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful:

  • Enter and test configuration in the system
  • Supporting configuration issues
  • Ability to talk to business stakeholders
  • Ability to understand technical components and understanding conversation
  • Reverse engineering requirements as required
  • Resilient, and open to change
  • Ability to work as a part of a team in a collaborative way
  • Experienced in working in an agile/scaled agile way
  • Facilitation experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills (tech and non-tech)
  • Analytical
  • Problem-solver
