Ko tā mātou mahi - Our role

We're seeking an Administrator to support our South Auckland Tenancy Services team. In this role you will provide support to a team of Tenancy and Senior Tenancy Managers, ensuring the smooth running of the neighbourhood unit.

You will be responsible for administration, filing, reception duties and customer service, as well as drafting letters as required by the Senior Tenancy Managers and Tenancy Managers, controlling stationery and organising office maintenance.

  • You'll have prior experience working in an administration role in a busy office
  • You'll be proactive, well organised, and structure work in a logical manner
  • You will have a sound understanding of confidentiality, knowing when it is appropriate to share and not to share information
  • You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills
