(Flexibility - 30+ hours per week)

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to come onboard and support our Chief Financial Officer and the wider Finance, Funding and Contract management team. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives working in a fast paced and diverse environment.

You will be responsible for diary management, travel coordination, review/redirection of incoming correspondence for the CFO as well as minute taking, invoice processing and preparation of material (including presentations, reports and correspondence) as requested.

Based in either Lower Hutt or Wellington, this role offers flexibility in hours to provide a good work-life balance. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. This role will suit someone who is ready to get stuck in, is confident at juggling multiple priorities and enjoys working alongside a wide range of people.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Previous experience providing executive assistant support at a Senior Manager level
  • Previous project coordination experience
  • Knowledge of financial management systems
  • Ability to self-manage, use initiative and juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
