Are you motivated by the opportunity to think innovatively about central bank balance sheet design and the best way to manage banking system liquidity and foreign reserves? This is a key role within our Financial Markets Department.

The Role

This role will ensure that our balance sheet and frameworks are designed to meet our policy objectives and are fit for purpose. You will be leading an experienced team responsible for providing high-quality analysis and advice that is grounded in a strong, technical understanding of liquidity management, portfolio design, asset allocation, and performance benchmarks.

About You

You are a committed leader who can develop, manage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding outcomes. Your comprehensive financial markets work experience and innovative thinking will put you in good stead in this role. Your relevant expertise will allow you to optimally manage a central bank balance sheet. Your ability to build strong internal and external relationships will be incredibly valuable to your success in this influential role.
