An opportunity exists for a Project Administrator within our Auckland Construction Group. Our Construction teams consist of people who are passionate about making a difference. We work together to achieve our goals, help one another and are positive and enthusiastic in everything we do.

Reporting to team's Manager of Administration and Reporting, we are seeking a confident, system and process savvy project administrator, hungry for growth, development and driving efficiency and compliance. Your core function will be to provide administrative support for your team's development, programme and Project Managers. You will ensure the smooth processing of purchase orders, invoicing and accurate updates of Project related information.

The Project Administrator is responsible for the data integrity of information entered into our systems; therefore a high attention to detail and accuracy is a key component for this role.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring:

  • The ability to think logically and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Very strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Experience in a Procure to Pay environment, ideally Oracle would be preferable
  • Strong Microsoft Office and typing skills are required to provide analytical support
  • A willing attitude and the ability to maintain collaborative relationships
