HEALTH AND SAFETY AND HR ADMINISTRATOR

Are you looking for a role where you can learn and be challenged in a diverse and dynamic organisation? This new position is ideal for someone starting their HR career.

The position provides Health & Safety and HR administrative support to a busy and innovative HR team. Strong people skills, a good eye for detail and a love of process and systems are essential in the dynamic and continuous improvement culture of Te Papa.

Your role will be wide-ranging, and your tasks will vary from supporting incident management processes, digital scanning and storing of employment documents, updating reference materials and organising internal training through a new Learning Management system.

  • Highly organised with good administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Have the ability to pick up new systems quickly and possess a passion for continuous improvement and lifting the customer service experience
