A rare and fantastic part-time opportunity to join our busy contact centre team in Henderson.  Whether you are looking to return to the workforce, or regain some work-life balance, part time opportunities like this don't come around often. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you receive calls from people all over New Zealand. You will be responsible for sourcing information and applying it to policy and legislation to make the call about assistance.

About the role

As a CSR in our Contact Centre you help many clients each day.  Our comprehensive and modern training approach will equip you to confidently work with clients, primarily through inbound calls.   You will have the authority to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders.

Hours of work These are part-time, 6-month fixed-term opportunities.

Your scheduled shifts will be needed for 3 days on:


  • Mondays and Fridays, between 6.55am to 10.00pm, and
  • Saturdays between 8.00am and 2.00pm.

We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.

Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa at time of application.

Key recruitment process information

As part of the training programme, new starters will be attending our full-time in-house training induction programme (fully paid) from 20th January 2020 to 7th February 2020.

Our training induction programme is Mondays to Fridays, 37.55 hours per week. On completion of this fully paid training induction, you will commence your part-time shifts.
