In the meantime, we are never standing still in Recruitment as we look for ways to source, attract and select talented individuals for a range of roles across our large-scale and diverse business. You will be the kind of Recruiter who is highly versatile, hands on and constantly thinking "how can we do this better, faster, more effectively?" It's not just a job vacancy you will have to understand but the business as a whole where you will need to see and understand any potential impacts of resourcing decisions. Hiring managers will seek you out, so you'll need to be ready, deliver with pace and be certain with your sound judgement and knowledge.

To be successful in this role you'll have experience either as an agency or internal Recruiter where you have actively engaged with clients/customers and candidates in an end-to-end model. You ned to have experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud and come from an IT recruitment background. As a successful Recruiter, you understand the job market, you know the latest industry trends and you utilise technology to find scarce talent. You want to partner with your hiring managers, influence resourcing decisions and you're not afraid to try new things
