Test Manager

Based in Lower Hutt

Permanent, Full-time

Salary Range $92,940 - $125,744

New Zealand Police is seeking an experienced Test Manager capable of leading a testing team or teams on significant programs of work. Led by the Manager - Test Practice, the Test Manager is part of the Technology Development Group and the role is based in Lower Hutt.

Skills & Experience - you will have the following:

  • Proven software testing leadership and management across different development methodologies and levels of testing
  • A good understanding of test automation and how this benefits outcomes
  • A strong understanding of testing best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement through innovation
  • The ability to speak up and front testing initiatives across our team and the wider ICT community
  • Recognised certification in the testing discipline – we love ISTQB or ICAgile certifications
  • Experience and a proven record in managing Enterprise Resource Management systems is an advantage
