The Role

We're looking for a someone with a passion for social media who can hit the ground running. You need to be able to do the day-to-day social media work and also think strategically.

This role suits a customer focused and can-do personality, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Communications and External Relations, you will work closely with the communications team and wider organisation to respond to questions and deliver effective social media campaigns that engage with the public.

 

About You

You will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a social media role.
  • Demonstrated experience in online content creation for social media.
  • Experience in using analytics to monitor and improve social media metrics.
  • Ability to develop, implement and evaluate social media strategies and processes.
  • Understanding of and experience using paid social media/digital marketing.
