An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Facilities team for a highly-motivated Senior Facilities Advisor.  Our Facilities team play an important role in optimising the workplace experience and keeping the Treasury operating efficiently.

As a Senior Facilities Advisor you'll work across the full-range of administration and coordination activities that span right across the possibilities of a Facilities function, including but not limited too - property, security, procurement, international travel and health & safety.  This is a forward facing role where you will interact and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  This role has extensive operational responsibilities with a good mix of strategic and tactical activities.

This role would suit a highly organised, people person who is looking to take the next step in their administrative career as a facilities management professional.  You'll be a high-performer with a customer-centric attitude who is capable of adding real value.  The team will appreciate your friendly and collaborative style and your ability to engage and deliver.

About You:

  • Effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a complex environment
  • Calm, methodical with an ability to think proactively and manage multiple deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong relationship management skills
  • High level of integrity, with practised judgment and discretion
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude who is unflappable under pressure
  • Openness to doing things differently, a desire to learn and driven to continually improve with a growth mind-set
  • Interest or background in travel and/or health & safety

You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance.  Ordinarily to obtain this level of clearance you must have a 10 year checkable background in countries where meaningful and reliable checks can be undertaken.

The appointment range for this position is $58,721 - $69,083 - $79,445.
