About the role

Reporting to the ePMO Manager, the Team Administrator is responsible for providing professional secretarial, administration and operational support to the Enterprise Management Office. This role will be the first point of contact and be responsible for the escalation of any issues regarding the ePMO.

Key deliverables for this role also include the following:

  • Acting as the Personal Assistant and providing seamless and confidential support to the ePMO Manager
  • Using in-house finance system (such as NAV and MiBi), managing purchase orders, invoices and accounts payable for ePMO
  • Providing daily administrative and secretariat support to the ePMO, such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agenda, taking meeting minutes, coordinating team activities and etc.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • minimum three years experience in a PA, team coordinator or office administrator role supporting senior management and key business initiatives
  • excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • ability to work closely with the team
  • ability to act professionally when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • aptitude to take initiative and work unsupervised when required
  • a growth mindset, with a willingness to lean new skills, and a strong work ethic to support the team to deliver multiple and diverse projects
