Business Co-ordinator – New Zealand Food Safety

  • The Business Coordinator plays a key role in operational planning and supporting the achievement of business unit objectives.

About the role | Kōrero mō te tūranga 

The Business Coordinator is responsible for administrative and technical support across the Business unit. The role will provide support and advice to the Manager New Zealand Food Safety Administration and will have a particular focus on customer service as well as coordination of project related activities, resources and information as allocated.

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and confident business coordinator who thrives on supporting the achievement of team goals and organisational objectives. You can work autonomously, possess the proven ability to think on your feet and proactively find solutions to issues as and when they arise.

To be successful in this role need to be:

  • An experienced administrator with a focus on support across a business unit/team
  • Customer focused who enjoys establishing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • A multi tasker who is committed to getting things done
  • Process driven ensuring robust practices are followed across the team
  • Comfortable using a variety of technical systems and competent with the Microsoft computer package
  • Someone who enjoys streamlining and improving procedures

Salary range is for this position is from $56,857 to $76,924 dependent on skill set and experience.
