About the role
Kōrero mō te tūranga 

The Mycoplasma bovis Programme has been operating since July 2018, and we're working toward a world first eradication of M. bovis.

Join the Disease Control Group and use your organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the team; their projects, and business as usual.  This role will see you carrying out diary management, travel arrangements, acting as a super user of systems and databases and everything in-between.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • document production and formatting
  • hard copy and electronic file management
  • team inbox management and allocation

Skills and Experience

You'll be great at figuring out how to get things done with minimal fuss, you'll be collaborative, approachable and have a can-do attitude.  This is a dynamic team with lots of variety where you can gain experience and really add value with your ability to hit the ground running.

  • familiar with Microsoft suite and electronic document management systems
  • a multitasker who's highly organised and flexible
  • pro-active with an eye for improvement

In short; we're looking for a driven and professional administrator with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Starting salary for this role is approximately $50 to $55K dependant on skills and experience. See the benefits of working at MPI
