Our teams' mission is to continue our focus on Customer Experience, providing a primary point of contact for all Max users across both the Canterbury and West Coast DHB's

What we require is a person who is passionate about providing high quality customer service. Your ability to engage, listen to and understand the needs of your colleagues will be critical to your success in this role.

As part of the Service Hub, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring our people get the appropriate support every time. You will utilise your excellent organisation skills in helping to develop and coordinate training and workshops for our people in a timely and efficient manner.

Your skills will include the following:

  • Entry level HR experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Organisational and time management
  • An interest in learning and development
